Shipping of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 3 working days after receipt of your order / payment via DPD with tracking and delivery without signature. On request you can get a tracking number from us, with which you can track your package online.
There is also an option to pick up your order, which saves you on shipping costs. Please make an appointment for the date and time.
The shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. The transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place all items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders on one invoice. However, it is possible to combine orders when shipping. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken for fragile items.
Multiple orders from different people can also be sent to a location. Please indicate with your order who it should go to. One of the orders will then bear the costs of the shipment and the others can choose to pick it up, so that the shipping costs will not be charged.
We use good packaging material to send your items well protected.
The herb mixes are measured per individual and it is therefore not possible to return them. If there are problems with this product, please contact us.
Other products that have already been used or have been opened cannot be returned.
