Stevia leaf is a plant with a medicinal effect on diabetes, high blood pressure, weak digestion and many more disorders.
When taking stevia, sugar levels do not increase, unlike sugar. It does not cause cavities in the teeth. Stevia can be used in the kitchen to sweeten tea and coffee and to bake cookies and cakes. The sweetness remains effective for a long time. Moreover, it is a calorie-free sweetener. For these properties it can be used with:

Active substances
stevioside A (110-300 times sweeter than sugar), rebaudoside A (150-320 times sweeter than sugar ), rebaudoside C, D, E and dulcoside A, B. Furthermore, there are flavonoids , the minerals iron , phosphorus , calcium , potassium , sodium , magnesium , zinc , chromium, selenium , manganese and silicon in the stevia leaves. It contains the vitaminsB1, B2, B3, C and beta-carotene. Furthermore it contains proteins, the phenolic acids coffee acid and chlorogenic acid, the phytosterols betasitosterol, campesterol, daucosterol and stigmasterol, xanthofyl, chlorophyll and many indigestible carbohydrates.
