Nutritional balance
Metazoa DigestFit Esparcette consists entirely of the esparcette/sainfoin plant. By mowing, chopping, drying and pressing them into granules, a pure product is created. Without unnecessary additives or operations such as molasses and oil, which are often used to bind leaf dust. Without those additives, the lumps can look dry – but that's pure nature. DigestFit Esparcette contains a small amount of condensed tannins.

Nutritional advice
You can feed DigestFit Sainfoin both dry and wet. To feed it wet, soak it in water. Use about 100 milliliters of water per 50 grams. You can feed it as a supplement to roughage, or as a substitute for roughage, for example for horses that are less able to chew. Also in sports such as endurance and trec, wet food is a good choice to ensure that your horse gets enough energy. In addition to roughage, your horse needs a vitamin and mineral balancer such as Metazoa FitRight Timothy to get all the important nutrients.
Small ponies eat about 100 g per day, ponies about 150 g per day and fully grown horses about 300 g per day.
To build and maintain healthy muscles, protein is needed.
